Who doesn’t love some good ol’ punkin chuckin? Or the more official term of Pumpkin Catapults?  I LOVE watching kiddos design and build catapults.  I usually use this STEM activity to kick off STEM Friday’s in my classroom.  Tomorrow we will hold the Pumpkin Olympics and really test our catapults.
